Returns
We provide free shipping for all U.S. orders; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in its original packaging and in new condition.
- Items on sale and personalized or custom products cannot be returned.
How to Return an Item:
- Reach out to us at contact@lavedalash.com to obtain a return authorization.
- Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- After your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label to the email address you provided. The return label will also be included in your original package, but if you lose it, just email us to get a new one.
- Affix the return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
Refunds
Once we receive and evaluate your returned item, we will initiate your refund. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please be aware:
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not facilitate direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order for the replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us right away at contact@lavedalash.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange for either a replacement or a full refund.
Shipping Costs
While we provide free shipping on all orders within the U.S., the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
