Processing Time

After you place your order, we start preparing it for shipment. Typically, orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days. This timeframe allows us to meticulously package your items and guarantee they are ready for safe delivery.

Transit Time

Once your order has been dispatched, the transit time generally takes 4 - 7 business days. This is the usual duration for your package to arrive after it departs from our facility. Please be aware that shipping times may vary slightly due to external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or public holidays.

Total Shipping Time

The total estimated duration from the moment you place your order to its arrival is usually 5 - 10 business days (including both processing and transit time). We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to easily track its progress.

Free Shipping

We are excited to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum purchase required—simply place your order, and we will take care of the rest!

Returns

We provide free shipping for all U.S. orders; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return:

• The item must be in its original packaging and in new condition.
• Items on sale and personalized or custom products cannot be returned.

How to Return an Item:

1. Reach out to us at contact@lavedalash.com to obtain a return authorization.
2. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
3. After your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label to the email address you provided. The return label will also be included in your original package, but if you lose it, just email us to get a new one.
4. Affix the return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.

Refunds

Once we receive and evaluate your returned item, we will initiate your refund. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please be aware:

• Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not facilitate direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order for the replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us right away at contact@lavedalash.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange for either a replacement or a full refund.
