Billing Terms & Conditions
These Billing Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern how invoices, payments, billing disputes, and related issues are handled at Laveda Beauty Store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Pricing & Invoicing
- All prices listed on our website are in USD ($), unless otherwise stated.
- Prices include applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified. Shipping or handling fees, when applicable, will be shown during checkout and/or on the invoice.
- Laveda Lash reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
- An invoice will be issued for each order. The invoice will reflect the final amount paid including taxes, discount, shipping charges, and any applicable fees.
2. Payment Methods & Security
- We accept payments via trusted payment gateways credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club)
- All payment information is transmitted securely using encryption (SSL/TLS) and handled in compliance with relevant security standards.
- By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method chosen.
3. Payment Confirmation & Order Processing
- Your payment must be successfully authorized/received before your order is processed.
- If there is a problem with payment authorization (e.g., insufficient funds, card declined), we will contact you to arrange an alternative payment method.
- Laveda Lash may delay order processing until payment issues are resolved.
4. Refunds, Credits & Billing Disputes
- Refunds are issued according to our Refund & Returns Policy once we have received the returned items and confirmed eligibility.
- Original payment method will be used for refunds unless otherwise agreed; store credit may be issued if requested.
- In case of over-billing or errors, please contact us within 30 days of the invoice date for review and correction.
5. Failed Payments & Order Cancellation
- If payment fails (e.g. card declined, issue with banking), we will attempt to contact you. If no satisfactory payment is made within a reasonable time (e.g. 48 hours), we may cancel the order.
- If an order is cancelled due to payment failure, any amounts that were reserved or held may be released by your payment provider, depending on their policies.
6. Taxes, Duties & Legal Compliance
- You are responsible for any taxes, import duties, or customs fees that apply to your order, depending on your location.
- Laveda Lash will comply with applicable tax laws, consumer protection laws, and other regulations relevant to billing and payments in jurisdictions where we operate.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Laveda Lash will not be liable for losses or damages arising from unauthorized use of your payment method, fraud, or delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks. Our liability in billing matters will be limited to correcting billing errors or issuing refunds as applicable under these Terms.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Billing Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Virginia, United States. Any disputes arising from billing, payments, or invoicing shall be resolved by the competent courts in Alexandria, VA.
10. Changes to Billing Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Billing Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
